Area 4010 & 4030 Present
Pinelow Workshop Retreat

May 1, 2, 3 & 4th, 2008
Loon Lake Washington
North of Spokane on Highway 395

We have a fun filled retreat planned with a variety of teachers and some great classes to choose from. You may arrive as early as 12:00 pm on Thursday and the retreat will continue until Sunday at noon. Registration will end on April 17th. Classes will be assigned in the order of registration so please register early.

Why: This is an opportunity for both teachers and students to take advantage of many learning opportunities. Often those who teach don’t get the opportunity to take classes. This gives them a chance to be both student and teacher. It also allows the students to meet a variety of teachers while having the opportunity to learn a variety of new skills at
a very low cost.

What to bring: Lodging is dorm style… bring your bedding, personal items, toiletries, personal food for breakfast and lunches/or “brunches,” (stoves, microwaves, and refrigerators in dorms). Pinelow provides 1 dinner per day at 6pm which is included in the “Full Weekend Registration”. Also bring class supplies listed under what students should bring, a spinning wheel or other projects for when not in classes. Don’t forget the snack table that everyone contributes to, so bring your favorite snack.

Who: Karen Goodson 4010dir@nwrsa.org or Linda Karr rlkarr@povn.com

Raffle - Do you have fiber related items that you will never use, this would be a good time to donate them. We will do a raffle table and the money raised will be used to continue this type of retreat in future years, hopefully keeping the costs to a minimum.

Snack Table-Don’t forget the snack table that everyone contributes to. Bring your favorite snack, healthy or not. Everyone will enjoy this table!
